1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Text2Pixel ("the Service"), provided by MarinaSoft PTE. LTD, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Service to generate images for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the following restrictions.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to generate:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or deepfakes of real people
• Content designed to harass, threaten, or harm individuals
• Malicious content, malware, or material intended to defraud
• Content that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction

Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

4. Credits and Payments

Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law. Credits have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts. We reserve the right to change credit pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Images generated using the Service are subject to the Stable Diffusion XL model license. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated images complies with applicable laws and the model license.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generations will meet your expectations or that the service will be available at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Text2Pixel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
